How To Change The Date and Time in Samsung OfficeServ iDCS 28D, 18D and other digital DCS telephones

Samsung OfficeServ iDCS date and time setup

Does your iDCS or DCS telephone system display the old format of time-date? Worry out! Today we are going to learn how to kick off that outdated arrangement and format by  simplified System Programming guide. Step by step illustration of the solution for your communication problem which leads to annoying report giving for your business caused by Samsung iDCS Phones custom date and time setup.

This tutorial below works smartly in all Samsung OfficeServ. These are iDCS 28D, 18D, 100,500,7030,7100,7200,7200-S and 7400 and for Samsung DCS .

Follow these steps below carefully on your Samsung iDCS telephone

• Open programming by hitting “Transfer” Key on your telephone

• Then Enter PGM ID: That's usually used to be “200”. 

• Enter the Password on the field: type “1234”(it is the default password for the phone system)

• You will be directed to enable customer programming. Simply  press “1”

• Now, its time to move on by pressing the “Speaker” Key and 

• Enter  “505” 

Recommended;Change The Name In Terminal Display of DCS or Samsung OfficeServ

Here you will see the old Display format on your Telephone screen but it is current date and time 

       OLD: 5041406:0105

       NEW: WMMDDYY:HHMM

                                  OLD is the current date and time in the following format:                                                                            

                                  W = Day Of Week (0=Sunday, 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc…)

                                  MM = Month (01=January, 02=February, 03=March, etc…)

                                  DD = Date (01, 02, 03, etc…)

                                  YY = Year (07, 08, 09, etc…)

                                  HH:MM = Military Time form,that is (0900=9:00am, 1400=2:00pm, etc…)

•         Now, its time to Enter the NEW date and time,Don't get amazed after completing this  step because phone will beep when this process is completed.

• Now Press “Speaker” Key

• then Press “2-0-0”

• Press “0”

• Press “Transfer” Key to exit programming. 

Your are Done with changing date and time your Samsung Office digital iDCS or DCS phone system!
